1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and ko888 ("Platform", "us", or "Company"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the ko888 platform, including the website, mobile app, games, wagering, and all related services.

2 User Eligibility

3 Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to register and own one (1) account only on the ko888 platform. Owning multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, active email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. Inaccurate or false information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for all players before the first withdrawal is processed. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

Withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes for players who have fully completed the KYC process. For players still undergoing KYC, processing time may be longer depending on the completeness of the documents submitted.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as stated in the platform's payment section and are subject to change from time to time.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used during deposit, subject to our anti-money laundering policy.

In general, all bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be met before the bonus balance or associated wins can be converted to cash and withdrawn. The specific rollover rate will be stated in the terms of each bonus offer.

• Each player is eligible to receive the Welcome Bonus only once upon first registration.

• Using ko888's logos, branding, or trade names without explicit written permission from ko888 management.

• Using any platform content for commercial purposes without a separate licensing agreement.

10 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Ko888 provides this platform "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from disruption. While we strive to keep the platform running uninterrupted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we cannot guarantee it will always be free from technical errors or service outages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ko888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.

• Ko888 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

Ko888 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from the relevant authorities, or our own business decisions.

If your account is terminated for legitimate reasons (not due to a terms violation), any remaining funds in your account will be returned to you via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after all compliance checks have been completed.

• Accounts terminated due to a breach of terms are not eligible for fund recovery, and ko888 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances including any unclaimed wins.
